Cleaning should be the first step in your skincare routine, be it morning or evening, as putting skincare products on dirty skin clogs pores makes it difficult for your skin to breathe. Washing your face first thing in the morning wakes you up instantly.
Choose a cleanser or face wash that is perfect for your skin type but make sure it is not very harsh on your skin. You wouldn’t want your cleanser or face wash to make your skin extremely dry.
Take a few drops of a toner that suits your skin on your palm or on a wet cotton pad and dab it on your face and neck.
Toners have a water-like consistency and get absorbed into your skin in a few seconds. Toners are an essential step in any morning skincare routine as it helps maintain your skin’s pH level and reduces large or open pores.
Take 2-3 drops on your palm, rub it between your palms, then gently press it into your skin.
