- Four tablespoons uncooked oatmeal
- Four tablespoons brown sugar
- Four tablespoon honey
- Two tablespoon coconut oil
- Four drops of frankincense essential oil
Using a grinder, grind both the dry ingredients, that is, oatmeal and brown sugar. Then, transfer the dry ingredients into a bowl and add coconut oil and honey into it.
Combine everything together, and lastly, add a few drops of frankincense oil.

Coffee and Sugar Body Scrub
- Two tablespoon coffee powder
- Two tablespoon sugar
- One tablespoon almond oil

- 3-4 tablespoon powdered sugar
- Two tablespoon olive oil
- Two drops of lavender essential oil
To make a DIY olive oil body scrub, take a bowl, mix olive oil and powdered sugar together to make a thick paste.
Add two drops of lavender oil to make your exfoliating body scrub smell amazing.
Use your olive oil body scrub once or twice a week for smooth and moisturized skin.
Follow it up with a body lotion.
Epsom Salt Body Scrub
- Four tablespoon Epsom salt
- One tablespoon jojoba oil
- Four drops of tea tree oil
Take a bowl, add four tablespoon Epsom salt and one tablespoon jojoba oil, combine them together. Add few drops of tea tree essential oil.
That’s it. Your DIY Epsom salt body scrub is ready in less than 2 minutes.

- Four tablespoon rice powder
- Two tablespoon yogurt
